- The Platform allows you to create and manage your own online booking page for your services, products, events, or appointments. You can customize your page with your logo, branding, pricing, availability, and other features.

- The Platform is a subscription-based service. You can choose from different plans and billing cycles according to your needs. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through your account settings.

- The Company offers a 14-day free trial period for new users to try out the Platform. During the trial period, you will have access to all the features of the Platform. You will not be charged until the end of the trial period unless you choose to upgrade your plan before then.

- If you are not satisfied with the Platform for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. To request a refund, please contact us at with your account details and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your request.

- After the 30-day refund period, no refunds will be issued for any payments made for the Platform. However, you can still cancel your plan at any time and stop any future payments. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will be deactivated and deleted.

- If a customer requests a refund due to dissatisfaction with their purchase, they must provide detailed information about why they are dissatisfied in order to receive a full refund of their purchase price, minus any applicable taxes or fees associated with the transaction. 

- If an error occurs during the purchase process, such as incorrect pricing or incorrect product information, Dnetlabs reserves the right to issue a full refund of the purchase price, including any applicable taxes or fees associated with the transaction, without requiring additional information from the customer beyond proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice number). 

- All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt of all required documentation and/or information from the customer requesting a refund. 

- Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment was received (e.g., credit card payments will only be refunded to that same credit card). 

- dnetlabs.comy reserves the right to modify or terminate the Platform or this policy at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
